Cerafill 10 colour – improved mixing

Water- and dirt repelling properties have made Cerafill 10 colour a very popular grout with our end users. But to some tile fixers mixing has turned out to be quite a challenge. We have been working on this grievance, and it is now possible to mix the grout WITHOUT the powder rejecting the mixing water – while the unique water- and dirt repellant properties are still preserved in the finished joint.
This new property also entails that fixers once again if required can finish off grouting with dry powder sprinkling to fill joints completely and accelerate setting. Cerafill 10 colour

New 2K Sealing Membrane

We have developed a new 2K Sealing membrane replacing 2K Quick Sealing membrane.
Customers will definitely perceive the quality as improved; e.g. working time is 3 hours against less than 1 hour for the original 2K Quick and even less on a hot summer day. And for jobs involving swimming pools, the membrane is now applicable for depths up to 15 m against the previous 2 m. Alfix sharpens the edge of the company strategy and trims communication

Our product range is under constantly development and by introducing a new strategy we intend to strengthen and target our profile and communication. “Since 1963 Alfix has been known as well-established manufacturer of high quality tile fixing products, such as adhesives, tanking systems and grouts, but we would like to enlarge our customer’s knowledge of our latest expansion, namely leveling compounds”, says Sales Manager Hans Hoff.
To emphasize the overall renewal of the company, Alfix now makes use of the letter X – which has, though, always been an essential part of the company logo.

The new graphical element is visible in a large number of contexts, from website to point of sales boards in builder’s merchants and DIYs, and should contribute to innovation and recognition. Since the current Alfix range no longer exclusively aims at the tile fixing trade, it has been decided to phase out the old and well known brick trowel symbol from the logo.

“The X symbolizes our new profile and underlines the fact that any Alfix employee will make an extra effort in order to provide the best possible service to our business partners, and we will do our utmost to be known for high quality products, extended technical know-how, professional competency combined with a committed and sincere customer service”, continues Hans Hoff. “Regardless of how you meet Alfix, whether you visit our website, attend a seminar at our premises, or call our technical advisory line, everybody should reckon it a good experience”, he concludes. “The Alfix website should indeed reflect our new and sharp service profile”.

New website

Alfix now launches a completely renewed website in a more user friendly design. The site should guide you to the exact information required and keep you currently informed about new approaches.
With the introduction of the new website, updates on the following product data sheets have been made:
